We hope that you love all your purchases from Everyday Darling - However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out!
Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 30 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
Please note that due to our business and sanitary policies, we cannot extend the return window beyond 30 days. Once an item has been in a customer’s possession for an extended amount of time, we are unable to resell it, even if unworn and in its original packaging. As a small business, we appreciate your support and kindly ask that you follow our return policy, as we cannot make exceptions.
We do NOT offer exchanges.

Store Credit: Once your return starts tracking as in transit back to us, your online credit will be issued. We’re unable to expedite credits until we see that your return is in transit. If you do not receive your credit, please check your spam folder, as it may land there.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We are unable to hold items for exchanges, so we recommend shipping your return promptly.
Return Instructions: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service (we find USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority the most cost effective). We are not responsible for lost packages.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. This must be included in order to process a return.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items:
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at customersupport@thegoldieshop.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
